Responsibilities:

Monitor and review daily transaction alerts generated from rules, scenarios, and thresholds across multiple products
Perform analysis on flagged transactions using customer profiles, KYC data, and historical behavior
Classify alerts (false positive, monitoring required, or suspicious) and escalate high-risk cases to Compliance
Support preparation and submission of reports (STR/LTKM, GoAML) and provide supporting documentation
Maintain proper case management, audit trail, and handle related Jira requests (data, follow-ups, clarifications)
Prepare periodic reports (weekly and monthly) including alert trends, escalation status, and risk insights
Identify gaps, evaluate rule effectiveness, and collaborate with Product/Tech teams for improvements and enhancements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience in transaction monitoring, AML/CFT, or financial crime operations
Strong analytical skills with ability to assess transaction patterns and risk indicators
Familiarity with AML regulations, STR/LTKM reporting, and tools such as GoAML
Experience handling case management systems (e.g., Jira) and maintaining audit documentation
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong sense of integrity and risk awareness
