Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Some experience or internship in sales, marketing, and/or data analysis (1 year preferred).
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and assist with client interactions.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Attention to detail in data handling and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
• Flexibility to support various sales and marketing activities as needed.

• Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang, Banten.
