Graphic Designer Manager Hostinger Vilnius

What You Will Do:

    • Collaborate with the Creative Director, Copywriters, Videographers, and Campaigns Project Managers to ideate and develop distinctive and performing visual ideas.
    • Design visuals for a variety of advertising assets – including digital (GDN, META, YT) to physical placements (brochures, OOH).
    • Apply and innovate our global Hostinger brand guidelines, including working on event spaces and stands, stickers, merchandise, and more.
    • Research creative approaches across various forms of media and trends, learning from the data and adapting accordingly in the search for continual improvement.
    • Take ownership of the workflow and creative projects from concept to completion, communicating with everyone involved, keeping projects on schedule, and meeting the highest standards.
    • Collaborate and share feedback with your peers while being available to support colleagues in different teams (websites and product designers) with your graphic design expertise.

What We Expect:

      • Fluency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, plus proficiency in Figma. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a bonus.
      • Experience with AI Tools, such as MidJourney and ChatGPT.
      • Knowledge of motion graphics principles and how to design graphics for animations.
      • Experience in After Effects would be amazing.
      • Experience with designs for printing.
      • A pixel-perfect eye for aesthetic detail and the ability to create designs that will catch the eye of different audiences and hold their attention.
      • A general understanding of different  advertising formats and their performance.
      • A minimum 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, executing creative content for online campaigns, websites, videos, and outdoor spaces.
      • Good written and verbal English skills.
