The Solution Consultant Academy offers talented individuals a direct path into what may be the most exciting, challenging, and rewarding position in technology sales. It is designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential individuals with the purpose of creating a pipeline for Solution Consulting leaders across ServiceNow.
Our Objective
The 6-month SC Academy program will prepare you for a successful career in Solution Consulting. This opportunity will collaborate with Solution Consulting leaders at ServiceNow, experience intensive on the job training and broad-based exposure to all aspects of company operations. The cohorts will receive accelerated professional development, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunity across the organization. A great SC will be seen by customers as a trusted advisor and seen by sales as the quarterback of the deal.
What you get to do in this role
- Learn ServiceNow workflow training, sales and product demonstration instruction, and education in information technology
- Partner with ServiceNow community and the SC Sales team to understand our technology solutions and transition support into sales.
- Deliver and demonstrate technology solutions to address challenges
- Answer product features and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
- Utilize tools and education through mentorship and hands on training to be successful in pre-sales and share best practices
To fully understand the scope of ServiceNow business, you will rotate through training that will include:
- ServiceNow Foundations, Solutions and Application Enablement
- Demo training
- Value Selling
- ITIL training
- RFP Proposal & Knowledge Management
- Demo Data, Scripts & Builds
- SC Enablement & Content Management
- Technical Writing
- Business Value Consulting
- Program Management
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 1-3 years of experience with prior internships, professional experience or consulting backgrounds
- Ability to learn new technology and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult decisions and strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer centric attitude
- Solid presentation capabilities and communication (verbal and written)
