As a Process Engineer Analyst, you’ll be the catalyst to implement process improvement strategies, deliver tangible results through data analysis, and drive data driven integration between automation and operations.

As a Process Engineer Analyst, you’ll use your technical expertise and leadership skills to lead process improvement initiatives within our Distribution Center. Utilize your experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Manufacturing to generate and analyze performance indicators, standardize work processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify, lead, and implement process improvement projects, such as 5S, root cause analysis, and six sigma, to minimize losses and improve teammate productivity.
Deliver tangible results in the assigned functional area through analysis of KPIs and by standardizing work to reduce process variation.
Assist in the review, response, and execution of process improvement projects, and support area managers to enhance their capability and track teammate performance.
Actively involve in the deployment of the process control, including conducting gap analysis to aid decision making.
Lead cost saving projects within your responsibilities, supporting department managers, and striving for KPI improvements and enhance associate engagement.

What you’ll bring:
Experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Distribution operation, or Manufacturing, preferably with practical application of Industrial Engineering Tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or experience in Process Improvement.
Experience building cooperative relationships and sharing ideas.
Demonstrated ability in data analysis, process control planning, process standardization, critical project execution, and focus on the customer’s needs.
