About the team, As a Graduate Area Manager, you are part of something bigger and amazing. This isn’t a corporate role, you will be based in the heart of the action at one of our Delivery Stations, working with other Area Managers, support staff and learning everything you need to know about how Amazon Operations works. You will be provided with a mentor who will support you and guide your work, along with a strong intern support network.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed a tertiary qualification (undergraduate or post-graduate) in the last 24 months in any discipline or degree
• People focused
• Loves to analyse problems

• Able to work independently
• Possess leadership qualities
• Loves to have fun and make history!

Please note: To be eligible for this program you will have already graduated for your degree to commence the program by end March 2024.
