Responsibilities:
- Accountable for business growth: achieve renewal, up sales, and development of account portfolio target
- Manage client activation program: collaborative actions with marketing for offline/online campaign in educating the members about Halodoc value to increase linking & transaction rate
- Accountable for client service delivery: Ensuring smooth coordination between ops, product, tech team, and Business team to accommodate client requests and smooth after-sales service
- Managed all client reporting to ensure the partnership goal was achieved
- Fanatic about solving complex issues.
- Have a passion in working to transform the patient experience in the healthcare service/health insurance service industry
- Proven excellent record in client relation/client development role
- Excellent in data management, reporting, and presentation tools. (A technical test will be conducted)
Requirements:
- Speak English fluently
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in Business Development or Account Management or related field
- Have Health Insurance/TPA/Broker Background
- Deep network with high-level individuals/stakeholders in insurance & big corporations across Indonesia
- Have experience working for start-up company
- Graduated from a reputable university
