Maximizes store sales and profitability by ensuring the excellent execution at store based on SOP, corporate vision and values. Manages and develop his people to achieve their goals under supervision of District Leader/Manager.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor Degree in any major

– Minimum 3 years experience as manager of retail business

– Good in leadership skill

– Good business perspective

– Have analysis & systematical thinking

– Well understand in financial report

– Strong in communication skill

– Quick learner, detail-oriented, open-minded with high flexibility and adaptability

– Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

– Willing to work in all Super Indo’s store

– Willing to work with shift based, weekend, and National holiday
